Fiji is a country in Oceana… Well that’s all I knew till I decided to travel there. Sometimes all you need in life is the verb “to travel” and it’s the best education anyone can get!

I took the decision to see this place after viewing the images of the clear blue waters, serene beaches and the amazing and unique local culture. This decision was made in a few hours and here I am off to Fiji next week!
Where the hell is this?
Fiji, a country in the South Pacific, is an archipelago of more than 300 islands. It’s famed for rugged landscapes, palm-lined beaches and coral reefs with clear lagoons. Its major islands, Viti Levu and Vanua Levu, contain most of the population. Viti Levu is home to the capital, Suva, a port city with British colonial architecture. The Fiji Museum, in the Victorian-era Thurston Gardens, has ethnographic exhibits.

Tips to book
It is highly recommended that you book your hotels prior to arriving there. I decided to take a combined deal from Expedia since I love the way I don’t have to worry about booking the flights and hotels separately and….. I get a great deal!
However. You can always check out other websites.
So here we are, my flight and hotel is booked and all I am left with is the packing which will start shortly. It is the most important part of the journey…… the preparation.
