The meaning

There are many things that define a life—relationships, milestones, seasons of joy, and moments of deep pain. But at the center of her story, there’s a constant: Jesus.
He is not just a figure in scripture or a name sung in worship songs. For her, Jesus is personal. He is her compass, her comforter, and the One who calls her deeper into love, truth, and purpose.
She met Him in many ways—sometimes in stillness, sometimes in storms.
She has known His voice when she didn’t know where to turn. In times when everything felt overwhelming, Jesus wasn’t just her hope—He was her anchor. He didn’t take away every trial, but He walked with her through them. And somehow, through the fire, she always came out stronger—not because of her, but because of Him.
To her, Jesus means redemption. She has made mistakes. She has failed, doubted, feared. But in every low place, He didn’t shame her. He lifted her. He whispered, “You’re still Mine.” That kind of grace changes everything.
Jesus means identity. In a world that’s constantly shifting, she finds her unshakeable worth in Him. She is not just Urmi, the daughter, the friend, the professional. She is Urmi, deeply loved, called, and chosen. Her life has meaning because He gave it meaning.
He also means mission. The more she experiences His love, the more she wants to reflect it. Whether it’s through her work, conversations, or the dreams He’s placed in her heart—like creating safe spaces for children, elders, and even animals—every good thing I hope to do flows out of His love.
And then, there’s joy. Not just the kind that bubbles up when things go well—but the kind that lives quietly in your soul even when things don’t. The joy of knowing she is never alone. That she is part of a Kingdom story much bigger than herself. That she is here on purpose, for a purpose.
So what does Jesus mean to her?
He’s everything. Her Savior, her friend, her King.
He’s the reason she believes in impossible things. He’s the reason she keeps going.
And more than anything, He’s the One she wants to be known for.
